People
We are a choir of about 70 adult singers of all ages and diverse backgrounds.
 Pauline
is the fifth person to hold the post of President. She has been associated
with the choir for many years, supporting it in numerous practical and
advisory ways. She says "I hope that, during my time as President, the
Bach Choir will go from strength to strength and will continue to be
a beacon of choral excellence both in Birmingham and throughout the
West Midlands".
 Michael has been with the choir for over 40 years, and is also the choir Archivist.
 Sarah
was elected chairperson in 2012 and oversees choir planning and administration.
 Paul, internationally acclaimed choral conductor, composer and writer, has been directing the Birmingham Bach Choir since 1992.
 Martyn
is Sub-Organist and Assistant Director of Music at Lichfield Cathedral.
